- Finish and deleteMark the submission as handled or leave it to expire automatically. Sunset Docs removes active originals and previews, then keeps only the published deletion record.

The original file stays out of the browser
In view-only mode, Sunset Docs shows watermarked page images instead of sending the original file.
An authorised viewer can still take a screenshot, photograph the screen, or create a copy through printing where printing is enabled.
